As federal regulations become more stringent and require states to use
emulsified asphalts to obtain federal highway funds, Triram's superb line of
specialty emulsions and modified asphalt products are increasing in
demand. Triram's modern Massachusetts facility also manufactures and
markets packaged end products such as emulsified and rubberized
asphalts for pavement patching, surface crack and construction joint
sealing, chip sealing and tack coating Triram is also largely responsible for
Hudson's distinction as an industry leader in the development of
environmentally friendly asphalt products and paving procedures.
Innovative products such as TuffPatch, a high-performance asphalt cold
patch that permanently repairs potholes, have been created here. Triram
also produces a water-based asphalt emulsion that serves as an environmental aid in the recycling of
petroleum-contaminated soil.
