Over the years, our commitment to meet our customers’ expectations meant establishing new companies and divisions. They include one of the East Coast’s largest independent asphalt distributors, an extensive delivery system and transportation companies, specialty product development and modern laboratory facility. These enable us to provide products “on-spec, on-time, every time.” Today, we’re still responding to customers’ unique needs. We’ve developed new capabilities, both in new and existing markets such as asphalt modification. Our goal, however, remains the same: offer the best products with unmatched service to make our customers’ jobs easier. Letter from CEO
In 1955, my father, John J. Hudson, Sr., started a modest asphalt company with the goal of delivering the highest quality products while building and maintaining lasting relationships with his customers. More than 50 years later, his guiding principle still holds true. As a result, The Hudson Companies have become the single largest independent distributor of asphalt products on the East Coast.
